Well i don't have any examples of grievance procedures, sorry, hope my definition helped though :)

A grievance procedure is a formal, systematic process that permits employees to complain about matters which affect them and their work.
Fair and accessible grievance procedures allow for optimal workplace relations. The more effective the grievance procedures at a workplace, the less chance there is of a dispute escalating.
The only example of a grievance procedure I have at the moment is my employers, available here: Coles Supermarkets Grievance Procedure.
Hope this helps,
Josh

What textbook do you have? Essential VCE Business Management 3 & 4 mentions it on two minor instances. My summary books, Business Notes and Leading Edge VCE Business Management, don't mention it however.
