I'm from all the way west and I haven't had a single problem with msn, other than the fact that I have no one to chat with.

Initially I couldn't sign in..I then through the troubleshooter thing which seem to fixed it up.

My msn is working but only 5 out of 40 of my fave contacts are online...Usually i have about 20 or something who are online at  this hour of night....

Took more than an hour for mine to eventually work. Even then, I had a lot less contacts online than usual, with some people appearing offline to me, even though they had set their status to other things.

IRC really doesn't use that much. If you want me to, I can log a usage amount for using IRC on #vce over a period of time for you.

i never had any msn dropouts. I don't know what everyone is talking about lul.

I had an initial error of 'cannot sign in blah" but that's just because airport (wireless) was assigning an ip (wasn't connected to the server) so yeah. lol

You should look out at airports...it's a ripe breeding ground for honeypots.
