Title: methods/methods cas confusion
Post by: osmoister on December 25, 2008, 06:54:21 pm
i'm having a hard time understanding these topics. can someone please help

a) essential mathematical methods 3&4 CAS (tin/cp version). is this the one thats been in use since 2006 or is this a new one?
b) i've got some practice exams for mm and some for mm cas. where doing cas next year. so which exams will i need?
c) i've heard that for exam 1, mm and mm cas use the same exam. but for exam 2, they're different. is this true?
d) i've was given mathematical methods checkpoints 2008 by a friend. my booklist list the checkpoints needed as checkpoints vce mm cas units 3&4 (2009 edition). should i get the new one?

thanks in advance

a) Not sure
B) Methods CAS trials.
C) Yes exams 1's are the same
D) Invest in A+ notes or Neap notes rather than checkpoints. :)
