Mr Gibson had claimed that he bought the questions on a computer disk from an RMIT sociology student, Minh Van Tran, for $1500 in cash and was unaware they were pirated from MedEntry.

Ahah this whole debate. I remember reading through all of it on MedEntry and Icarus' respective sites. Pretty funny really and it was hard to tell who had plagiarised who  (Icarus claimed MedEntry plagiarised them), but I assumed MedEntry was in the right and I guess they were.
