Looking forward to psych 3&4 :D :D
What have other psych students done so far? I am yet to do none of my holiday homework, but will get to it in the coming days !!
-
Getting through chapter 2 - been busy with other subjects
For past Psychology students, how much of Chapter 1 - Research Techniques, do we have to know? Cause its really shit boring.
-
wait, psychology is a science right???
-
yea go us for psychology 2009 WOOTS ;D
Ive been told by my teacher that chapter 1 is needed for both unit 3 and unit 4.
Ive done chapter 1 and starting chapter 2 (is this griva's textbook?)
anyways to me psychology is a science but others may disagree
-
I don't yet have my textbook, but I've ordered the grivas textbook. My teacher has given us a few handouts to read and then we have a test when we get baack, yay

research methods runs through both units 3 and 4, so it's imperative that you know it well
-
It is a science technically.
And research methods, etc. is very important (always comes up on both exams -though usually only in MC questions) Having a good understanding makes the quick and easy points even easier. :P

rm is that huge... its on both exams so you need a thorough knowledge but its not as massive as the other AOS. But the is 0 point in learning the RM that you need for unit 4 now, check with your teachers/vcaa study design which ones come first and work on them. its v. basic maths :S just dead boring.

Thanks for clearing that up guys :)!
Good luck to all Psychology students
