hey
i downloaded a you tube video by using a firefox addon called "download helper".
i tried playing it with FLV player, but the image and the sound don't come up. All i see the the bar moving (the one that u can drag to fast forward/remind etc)
can someone please help

If you don't want VLC Media Player, have you tried installing the appropriate codec(s)? I downloaded the K-Lite Codec Pack and I can play any video that I download from Youtube.

hmm, i always use mozilla firefox video downloader and then use Real Player to play the vids, it can play almost every kind of form.

VLC Media Player does not require any sort of code. It is freeware.

Its the youtube downloader i use, it works really well and converts the video into any format u need (almost)
