Title: Looking back, what did you enjoy most?
Post by: Mao on January 16, 2009, 08:06:28 pm
From all my subjects I've done in my VCE:

MUEP Maths >> Philosophy 1/2 >> Chemistry >> Methods >> EL >> Specialist >> Physics >> IT:A >> English

In class enjoyment:

English > Spec > History > Chem > Methods > Biology > Chinese SL (Saturday Chinese school sucks)

In terms of actually studying for the subject:

Chinese SL (didn't study) > Chem > Biology > Methods > Spec > History > English

My best memory of Year 12 was eating food/drinking tea in the common room while listening to all the salacious gossip :P

Accounting class probably.
As we only had 4 people in the class, (we had to join with another school for marking), most of the time in class was spent chatting about random stuff. Thankfully our teacher didn't mind us all talking as we did the work at home lol

Chemistry first
Enjoyed setting a huge pile of matches on fire (I have a vid, someone tell me how to post it here?)

Also enjoyed methods, sitting in front of the class and talking a lot without the teacher noticing...

And have to include IT Apps in Year 11 - was fun contradicting everything the teacher said!!!

English last
Lessons were rather boring ZzzzZZzZZzZZzzZzzZzz....

I enjoyed English and VCD the most.

Studio Arts was a huge bitchfest. Chinese was boring.

I didn't enjoy Methods and skipped heaps of classes.

Fucken Methods Fuck. Had the most dumb fuck retarded year 12 cohort in Victoria. Out of the 27 students only the 5 year 11 students actually worked and made the teacher feel like he was there. So, it pretty much made the whole experience of year 12 Methods unbearable. stupid sjrc class of 08, obviously excluding Costargh with his awesome enter :P :P

I think a witty and a lively teacher can make a huge difference to your class experience.

For me; English > Physics >( the rest were all shit cuz i knew all the theory)

Legal Studies: Best group of people (including the girl I liked ;)) Bludge. Would play Tournaments of a bubble breaking game everyday :) (without the teacher knowing).

English: Did zilch amount of work. Played Blackjack and Poker with friends. Good times.

ITA: Easy stuff, played comp games non stop.

Accounting: Ahhhhh barely got to bludge, teacher very observant. Good people in my class, but meh wasn't very exciting.

Methods: I phailz. Girl I liked in class made it bareable.

Software Development: 4 person class. In a little computer room. Played 0 Games..... Probably explains why it was my best subject. :)
