I completely screwed up in my midyear, i dont know how, and i dont know why but i know that i could have and should have at LEAST got a B+, my question is, is it still possible for me to get mid/high 30's if my sacs are A's and i get A/A+ on end of year?

For high 30s you'll need a very very high A+ on the end of year.. If you want 35 though a low A+ should do the trick.. If your sac marks are high too.. Just work hard, change some thing around. If you got C+ on the mid year and you expected B+ you might have been overestimating how much work you were putting in or possibly underestimating the difficulty of the course. Try to change as much as you can, that's probably my top tip for you..
