Does anyone know how i can find out what changes have been made to the old study design?
I don't want to freak out when doing practice exams because something seems unfamiliar, and then go out there to learn something not relevant to the current legal course.
especially because lots of legal studies 3+4 overlaps with 1+2 which we all did based on the old study design, we may get the impression that we might have to know this, but forgot it or something... if you know what i mean
Also, what's everyone's arrangement for acquiring resources? Since vcenotes isn't...isn't a man any more.. now it's a harlot.

I believe there is a pdf file on the VCAA website under 'Legal Studies' detailing the changes. In any case, the main changes are that the exam has now been increased to 70 marks, whereas in previous years it was 60 marks. In addition, for the 10-mark question on the exam, there is now only one question - which can either come from Unit 3, Unit 4 or both. In previous years, there was the option of choosing 'A' or 'B' (either a Unit 3 or Unit 4 based question). The exam format is still 15 minutes reading time with 2 hours writing time. As for exams, I've gotten all mine from my school. We got given a bound booklet containing 13 past exam papers (ranging from 2006-2010) and a few 2011 papers as well.
