thiis is a equation that is suposed to be in my sac on this tueday for vulemetric analysis...
NH4 (aq) + NaOH -----??
since NH4 is a weak acid, would it donate it's H+ and become NH3?? and water and NA- will be formed?? pls explain...if this is correct..thx. :) :)

full equation
ionic equation
-
where did so4 come from?????

We did the same prac i think and it ammonium was part of ammonium sulfate. Is the ionic equation the one you are looking for?
by itself should be
shouldn't it?

Yes, NH4+ will donate its H+ even though it is a weak acid. Because NaOH is a strong base, it will push the weak acid NH4+ to donate its electron.
Ionic equation is that in TrueTears' post. If you're talking about ionic equations, you don't have to worry about the SO4, it's just a spectator.

How about this for an Ionic equation

Therefore Jew + Fucking Nerd = Jew Nerd
99.95 doesn't mean nerd. she didn't study hard for that score.

what.. where did she come from.. she was so random... and no, that wasn't a specator ion...and our sac was on the amount of nitrogen in fetilizer.. but i got it now.. the formulae is in the tsfx notes.. a weak acid + a strong base give= salt, water and excess strong base...
this was part of back titration...
and thx true tears i can also rely on you to answer my questions...

haha our SAC also included working out the amount of nitrogen in fertilizer =]
