do a lot of exam style questions. neap smart study guides are great. Instead of doing the learning activities and notes separately I fused both into one and to and from school I was reading it to myself. make a concept map of everything as you go along and try to find links. e.g. how are your states of consciousness linked to your brain? SACs are usually scenario based so try and get your hands on as many different questions as you can.
