So I've been overseas since the 17th december, and got back only yesterday. While there, I recieved my UoM account username, and chose a password. However, I am unable to log-in and enrol in my course.
It says to get a new password, and I'm redirected here: https://accounts.unimelb.edu.au/manage/login/student , but for whatever reason, it says 'Verification Failure' after trying to login. I've checked everything i've entered multiple times (library barcode is blank, since i haven't got one yet), and isn't letting me get to the next page to reset my password.
I've got no idea what to do. I'm not enrolled, and advice day is tomorrow. Do I need to be enrolled in my course by tomorrow? Without enrolling, can i attend advice day?
Thanks
Edit: Is anyone else having a problem logging-in to that link today?

Try leaving the postal code and library code blank

Still unsuccessful, but thanks for the reply

What browser are you using? Google Chrome was a bit iffy when I was registering.

I've given Chrome, and the latest Firefox a shot

This happened to me and i realised i had a post box listed as my primary contact. Do you have any other addresses? If so, try that postcode.
