works, but when i chuck in my username/ password, it says that i have "not been set up properly to access the system."
I called them up and they said it was a problem on their side of the system, so i should try a couple of hours later. But that was yesterday. It still isn't working. My login stuff is all good, i can login to my portal and stuff....
I really want to book an appointment for tomorrow. Can i just rock up, book an appointment there, and hope that there are still spaces with them? Anyone else have this problem, or is it just me?
