I have one subject left to choose and they usually say a tertiary maths is recommended, which is best if i only got early 30s for methods?

I would recommend Calculus 1 which is just a step up from Methods and considered to be the same level as Specialist Math. It covers the same material besides the physics component in Specialist and should provide a good foundation for any further maths you may wish to do in the future.
