Hey guys,
I feel the need to unpack this prompt just as some practice
"Peoples responses to conflict are based more on self interest than on any other factors"
What is everyones ideas on this prompt? and Evidence from the Rugmaker that could link to this prompt?
I was thinking that it could link to something relating to the Taliban and the Hazara - as its in the Talibans interest to kill all men between ages of 15-21 ?
Thanks :) Any help would be awesome!

I'd also use Qadem possibly, the Pashtun man who transported them to Australia, He was purely in it for self interest and $$$

Well it's a win-win situation of many sorts. It's like you paying me for me to do a service for you. I don't think Qadem was in conflict.

true..
yet there was the time of the storm and the horrible conditions and all, yet he barely spoke a word... Najaf disliked him (I'll need to re-read this chapter, a bit vague)
and he'd do nothing for the people on board (of course he's provided the resources etc, i just find it horrible)
