I know these forums are dead, but this is worth a shot..
Does anybody know VCAAs accepted time range for carbohydrate loading? Each book is different in their range, for both the diet and exercise manipulation. If asked, would it be safe to say both the carbohydrate and exercise volume should be decreased 3-4 days before an event?

Fair assumption, I'm sure VCAA would accept any ball park figure.
Not too bad, it's my top subject so putting a fair bit of work in. How about you?
