Post what you think the examiners will do on this years exam?

Harder than last year? Easier?

I found it okay, but the question 1 was confusing, was it proclaimation or royal assent, i had royal assent. the 'court's ability to change the law' was also verrry confusing. apart from that it was okay, easier than last year

I think the A+ cutoff will be roughly the same as last year (lose 9.5 marks)
Apart from some weird questions but the rest was pretty straight forward

What do you think jaizik?

Definitely harder than last year's. Some very strangely worded questions in there. I found it not too bad, but not easy at all. I was very surprised there was no comparitive question regards to another country protecting rights, as well as nothing to do with recent changes (which is what my teacher told us to focus on a lot). It was quite tricky!

Yeah i know I studied my arse off for a comparison with another country and made sure I knew at least 2 changes/recommendations for each of adversary, civil, criminal and jury

OMG?! Me too! I studied so god damn hard for those f****n questions about recent changes and difference between Australia's approach to USA's approach then I walk into the exam AND THERE'S NO QUESTION ON IT!!!! I was so annoyed. That was a stupid exam. The wording was way too ambiguous- it could have been much easier if they had worded it better.
My head span at question 1. Proclamation or royal assent, lol.

Annoying exam, but was pretty fun studying for it. I loved legal this year!
Although there was much ambiguity, I reckon the exam was great!  :D ;)

I'm hoping to sneak a 40, but a lot will be riding on my exam. I've cautiously predicted about 38-39

I only got 35 for Legal. I'm really pissed off >:(
