I just had a question about the extended response on token economies:
9. "Advantage is that reinforcement/rewards are the same for each student (in terms of student planning)"
I don't understand what they're saying here, when surely an advantage of a token economy is that it can cater for all people involved in the economy by providing a variety of rewards that can be exchanged?

I think it is referring to the reward of tokens, in the sense that for any given behaviour, each student will receive the SAME REINFORCEMENT for their behaviour. It makes the whole reward process easier by giving everyone, say, a coin, rather than giving everyone different prizes/rewards.
And, the point you made is ALSO an advantage.
