Hi is there any easy way to find critical path in network for multiple choice exam !!!!

Just find the longest path? I'm not aware of any trick/method to it that would be any more efficient and time-conservative. Following up each path from start to finish is always a safe bet, finding the time taken along each path and ultimately taking note of the longest path (being the critical path). Dummy activities can often be used for a critical path, so I find it's always a good start to look at paths involving one.
