Legal gets very competitive at the top end, which means its no picnic to get study scores of 40 and over, you also have to take into consideration your SAC rank/marks etc and aim for an A+ on the exam.

Yes it is difficult, just like for any other subject you do. Need to maintain A+ sacs and exam and be of a good rank unless your cohort is really strong

I agree with the other advice, but then again it's hard to get a 40 in any subject. My cohort is really strong our average (20 Students) is 86% my average is around that so i'm hoping for a little extra scaling because of the damn good results my class keeps pumping out

The subject doesn't scale however your SAC's will if you score really really high and so do the people above you :)

To get around a 36 what exam mark do you need?
