Can something like this
0∫a f(x)dx=a
be defined on a CAS to solve for
2(0∫5a (f(x/5)+3)dx)
If so, how? Or what is another quick way to solve it?

You can't do it by CAS, you'd have to do it by hand,
I'd show u how but I still haven't learnt LaTex yet. Sorry :(
