ANSWER THE QUESTION DONT JUST SPIT OUT A DEFINITION!!!
^^ This could be the difference between 40+ and high 30's, for example if you see a question which is asking about a committal hearing, dont panic and spit out the definition, the question could be asking how it contributes to an effective legal system therefore you will have to answer how it does

Unfortunately civil pre-trial procedures was done poorly last year so its likely to be reassessed I would imagine
