This case is fine
It's protects the implied right of freedom of speech on political matters

Omg I was wondering the same thing! I was worried I might've had to learn the Roach case in detail in one night. Thank god using the political broadcasting case is fine.

Well if they ask a long question about strutural protection and need a case example you will have to use the roach case
