Pretty sure collective agreements are a form of enterprise agreement.
Enterprise bargaining agreements are the determination of pay and working conditions through the negotiation between employers and employees at the workplace (enterprise) level with their representatives (ie - unions). A collective agreement is this but encompasses a group of employees for that particular business (but not necessarily that industry, these are awards).
Hope this helps, I'm sure someone will correct me if I'm wrong.

Collective/certified agreements are a form of enterprise agreements that result from negotiations between the employer and a group of employees(collective) or union. Are certified by AIRC(Australian Industrial Relations commission.)
