Is this only for 99 and above? If I got 98.95 would I not be able to have this FFP guaranteed entry as a safety net?

Nope, you need 99+.

99+ means 99+ for Medicine and Law.
Some other courses allow guaranteed entry to people with ATARs below.

Yes. You should apply for a CSP anyway, it's so much cheaper

How do you apply for this in VTAC?
Also, I heard that there is no guarantee for an internship if I pay full fee as opposed to CSP. Is that true?

Do you have to pay the full fee (230+K) before starting the MD or after completing the course?

You pay a certain amount per year. Keep in mind you can get a loan up to something like 120k so you pay about half that out of pocket.

So, for this FFP, it's only full fee for the 4 year MD, not including the 3yr undergrad?
is there a guarantee for internship for this FFP?

Yes. Only internationals have to pay full fee prices for undergrad. No guarantee (but then again there's no guarantee for CSPs that far into the future.)
