I dont get the mole ratio in question 5 d. It doest make sense.

For 5d), you need to recognise that there are two double bonds per fatty acid molecule, each requiring one iodine. But for the whole oil, there are 3 fatty acids, two double bonds in each, so you need 3*2*1=6 mole of iodine for every mole of oil.
