How many hours should I be spending a night on Specialist alone on weekdays and weekend?

I'm wanting around a 30+ raw score

if you do 1 hour a day you should get 30 plus easy even hit low 40s depending on the amount of trials completed closer to exam period.

is this 1 hour of revising notes/doing questions out of another text book or just continuing on with work that is provided the the teacher in class?
