Title: Business Glossary

For my Business glossary as with the definitions would it be advised to write advantages/disadvantages of the particular definition?
E.g.
Autocratic Management style: One where the manager tells the employees what decisons have been made.
Advantages:........
Disadvantages:.........

Look at Shinny's notes. I'm using a very similar structure to set out my notes and glossary, and it's working pretty damn well.
