Title: HELP!! Trig extended investigation #hardest thing #don't know where to start

Hey guys, I have this assignment which i have to do but i have no clue as to how to even begin. Please Help!

Just a note to other users, only tips please! This is a school assignment and it would be wrong to give answers.

Never mind i finished it. This was actually my Sac for Calculus. Thought i call it an assignment to get more help...

No-one should be doing a SAC for you, good to know you've done it yourself.
