Title: Jury or Adversary system?
Post by: chasej on May 30, 2013, 06:39:34 pm
Which one would be better to write an essay about? I have a choice between the two so wondering which one is more entertaining. Thanks :)

Well, you could write about the adversary system and then include the jury system in there somewhere and get the best of both worlds.

No no no no, Brenden - mental brainfart! Remember that the jury isn't a feature of the adversary system, so you get zero for any content on the jury in an adversary question!!!

Definitely go with the adversary system. I wrote an essay on it for one of my SACs last year and got 98% only forgetting to mention something about Australian Citizens. :P

I find the jury system easier to write about.
