Title: ~A question about the WAM~
Post by: j-awad11 on June 01, 2013, 10:52:02 pm

So I'm wanting to transfer and part of the entry requirements is a 75% average across all subjects (shown as the WAM), so because I'm a second year and have already done several units, does it calculate the WAM from all my units or does it start afresh every semester?

Also, I looked on my course progression record and it has only calculated some of the units I did last year, so I do not understand why this is.

The calculation includes all your units.

What you sent me in that link..you enter your units and grades and it gives you an estimate.

Oh.

Yeah... that WAM calculator thing is a new addition that I didn't even know existed. I was just linking you to the actual calculation information. If you think your WAM has been calculated incorrectly, you should go speak to your faculty.
