Firstly, let's define some key terms before proceeding with the question.

Ethics - Ethics refers to the moral standards and legal obligations that an orgainsation must conform to during its conduction of business operations, for example, this could include following Victorian legislation.

Socially Responsible Management - Socially Responsible Management, refers to an organisation going beyond its legal requirement and fostering a concern for the environment, community and people.

Now, let's move on to E+SRM specifically relating to the operations function.

Now, firstly inputs must be dealt with accordingly - inputs should be utilised to their maximal potential

An organisation should not engage in illegal activities and by that I mean bribing their suppliers or engaging in any form of espionage.

Staff and customer relations should be handled: that is, the organisation should ensure that technology and facilities conform to the requirements and laws imposed by Federal and state legislation. Also the organisation must that customers are aware of the products possibilities, i.e does the good pose any harm to the customer's health and safety?

That is pretty much what I would cover if there is anything more please feel free to ask :)
