Title: Change management sac fairfax

My school is having our change management sac soon on fairfax. Does anyone by any chance have this years change management compak assessment task on fairfax which i can use for practice. Thanks :)

You're doing a SAC for that?

I thought Outcome 2 was meant to be a Folio Task for all schools.

For those that have done the sac, what sort of questions did you have??  like leaderships or kotters 8 step change process questions, just so i can get a idea of what sort of questions may be on mine

8 marker. choose 4 kotter theory, relate to change of technology in fairfax.

I don't remember exact questions, but I will tell you what I can!

-There is a eight mark question about Kotter's theory.
-Make sure you look closely into change pressures, this is referred to several times.
-Be sure to mention Fairfax when answering the questions, it is vital to refer to the case study.
-It is about 20 pages long, roughly 16/17 questions, so be sure to pace yourself and prioritise questions if you are on a strict time limit.
-Read the case study very carefully. If you miss some of the facts, the questions will be more difficult.
-There is reference to HR and operations management for one question.

tcstudent fyi there are two questions on leadership.
One is about the importance+skills
One is about evaluating the effectiveness of the leadership
