I think there's a few companies that have produced some right after the exams have come out in the past few years (Connect Education etc.), which may be floating around the internet somewhere. The archived exam discussion boards tend to have rough or worked solutions that someone has put together a day or so after the exam (generally will be the stickied threads) Exam Discussion, so perhaps have a look there (for some years, e.g. 2010 the attachments might have been lost). No guarantee of the answers being accurate, I'd correlate all of it with the assessors reports.

http://www.cea.asn.au/vce-chemistry/examination-papers-and-reports have solutions for the VCAA sample exams.
