For our last prac for research based phys, we had to submit 2 parts of the prac in class.
We got our marks back today, and my demonstrator says our group didn't submit part 1 of the prac in class.
The problem is....I am absolutely 100% beyond doubt sure we submitted it, and so are the 5 others in my group.
I specifically remember seeing the green bar saying "successful submission" at the top of the screen.
Also, it says in my grades that our mark for part 1 is pending, and it gives the exact time/date we submitted it.
I emailed the coordinator, and they are going to investigate it.
Does anyone know what options I have here if they can't find our submission, or don't believe me?
I am really annoyed, why does this happen to me when I am absolutely anal about checking things have been submitted...I have never not submitted anything in my entire life :(

If this is really the case then there should be an error in the system, just show them that on your grades it says you have submitted it. Screen shot this and email it to them. If you are persistent enough, i'm sure they will give you the marks.

I have sent them a screen shot in my last email. I just hope that's enough!!
I plan to be persistent, I am just going to keep emailing them until they do something about it.
This is the exact reason why I always double check and triple check I've submitted things.
If worse comes to worse, I'll go into uni and find the document for her on the computer we used

Yay they found our work. I can't believe they stuffed it up like that!
They gave me a mini heart attack.
Just happy to get a good mark now :)
