How do I use examples in my answer ?
Where is it appropriate to use real life examples from real businesses ?
How do I relate a real business example to my answer ?

Well, most of the time, you should always refer to the information given in the Case Study - That's why the Questions are there, to allow you to link your Questions to the Case Study.
The only time you refer to other organisations, is when the question asks "Referring to an organisation you have studied this year......".
