A reminder:
Opening times for all faculties except Education:
Second Semester 2009 timetables
- Viewing on Wednesday 15 July 2009
- Editing from Thursday 16 July 2009 until 3.30pm, Friday 7 August 2009
Subject changes can be made from July 13th.
(Do it early to avoid delays in timetable editing, and for subjects requiring approval, ask a student advisor for approval. Doing it online will take days!)

Ah, the great UoM failure that is Alloc8 :D
-
fail troll is fail
-
I dunno if I wanna stay up this time around. The timetable I ended up with looked so different to the one I managed to edit to that night that it seems kinda pointless. I'll probably still be awake then, but I'm not gonna go into a rage like last time. :p
-
Thanks Edmund, I would have forgotten otherwise xD
-
I was just wondering about editing re: timetables today, but then got sidetracked and forgot to look it up. Thanks for this.
I'll be staying up again for Alloc8's crazy shenanigans.

Me too.
I might be able to get a day off this semester if im clever enough :D
-
Alloc8 aint that bad.... first in best dress that's it.
-
when does the next semester start?
-
27th of July
-
Just a quick question. Does viewing the timetables open at midnight tonight or some stage tomorrow morning?
-
Probably 15 minutes past midnight. But its only viewing, may as well sleep (if you sleep that early, of course).

You may change your timetable online from Thursday 16 July 2009. Editing will be enabled randomly for students throughout Wednesday. The times for random enabling will be 10am, 2pm, 6pm and 10pm. After 10pm, everyone will have been enabled for editing. This is done so that we can minimise the load on the Alloc8 server.
What is this random enabling? WE people have lives...rather than trying every 4 hours...grrrr
-
what?! so that means the earliest time you could edit your timetable would be 10am instead of 12am on Thursday?
-
Yeah that's what it looks like. If your lucky you will be able to start editing in 10 mins, if not, 12 hours, or somewhere in between.
-
Haha this is very funny :D
-
been trying since 9:30 and still cant log on to my portal
-
Wow...
I can actually edit my timetable now :D but I can't really change tute times because they are overfull. Oh wells :/
-
Anyone having any luck? 2pm was one of the random editing times. Nothings happening for me. :(
-
Nope! Still waiting! I wish we were told somehow what time we are able to edit so we're not waiting around for it!!! :(
-
Guys, isn't is tomorrow that we can start editing?

I see. Whoops.
At any rate, mine is still not editing-enabled.
-
Eh. I'm reasonably happy with my timetable.
Fridays off, but I'm in every other day with two 2 hour breaks.
Hows everyone elses??
-
Fairly happy with my timetable. I'm at uni waaayyy less this semester, since i managed to remove most of the gaps between my classes.
