For Business Management, there is only one exam at the end of the year.
With the introduction of the new exam system this year, every subject has its exam at the end of the year. However, the number of exams differs according to which subject you are doing. For example, Maths Methods has 2 exams (one 1 hour non-calc and one 2 hours with calc) and languages have an oral and written exam. Science subjects, though, only have one end of year exam now (this exam tests your knowledge of both Unit 3 and 4 coursework).

Yeah, usually schools have 2 exams (one mid-year and one end-of-year) for Units 1/2 subjects, which test Unit 1 and Unit 2 coursework separately (I guess that way schools can better test your understanding of coursework).
VCAA doesn't write Units 1/2 Exams, so different schools have different courses/exams in Year 11 (it's up to the departments are your school); however, VCAA writes the Year 12 Exams and up until a few years ago, there were some subjects with mid-year exams.
