It's because the only requirement to get into Eng Masters is 65% average anyway so it doesn't actually matter what your ATAR was. And afaik there isn't a quota cutoff for ME as long as you reach that requirement. Stop finding stuff to worry about dude and CONGRATS. I'll see you out there next year huh? ;-)

Engineering has its own guarantee based on marks you get in your degree iirc. >65 is a guaranteed placed in the MEng once you finish. I'm not sure if they also offer one for high school marks, but that page has been like that for a while so I suspect not.
