Are you allowed to take 2 biology units per semester in second year? So 4 in total? Thanks guys

Hmm, there aren't really general Biology units in second year (unlike BIO1011 and BIO1022), you get slightly more focused units, such as units based on Genetics, Molecular Biology, Immunology, Physiology, Developmental Biology etc. etc.
If you're asking whether you can do four of those, then I don't see why not! As long as you can still meet all the core requirements of your course and have met the prerequisites, the university won't really mind. I did two Physiology units and two Developmental Biology units in my second year, so there's definitely nothing wrong with that.
