Hey guys just looking for some opinions from past spesh students regrading their use of worked solutions throughout the year. I occasionally use them but I'm worried that this leads to poor exam performance. Especially when completing practice papers, are they only beneficial to do them in the allocated time only. Or if I can't find 2 hours straight to complete one is it still of benefit to do them question by question, consulting the solutions as I go?

of course they're beneficial, if you can't do the question you want to learn how to approach it. Do practice papers timed, but if you can't finish them in time finish the rest of the paper (though in a different color so you know you didn't actually manage to do those in time), then if you really can't do any problems at all look at the solutions, learn where you went wrong, and improve.

Yes, you should. In fact, when doing practice papers on the lead-up to your exam, you should only use papers WITH worked solutions so that you don't stress yourself out.
