hey,
anyone know a quicker way to complete the Hungarian algorithm? or if it's possible to do it on the calculator?

No, unfortunately I don't know of any. However I've seen a few questions in past exams that only require you to do ONE part of the Hungarian Algorithm, like filling in the empty spaces and most of it is already completed.
