This question is best directed towards the university rather than the forum here i think. The university is the only ones who can tell you what the university requires.

If you do, you can contact VCAA and hope for the best. I still have mine (5 years later) though, you should really try keep things like this.

Well, for my internal application, it said to include academic transcripts if you're transferring from another university and or your ATAR score or equivalent. But since I've only been to Monash and no other university, I attached my Year 12 scores which is the one paper which says your ATAR and the study score breakdown.

If you really need a copy of your ATAR, I suggest to contact VCAA and ask them for a copy. I think you'd have to pay for it though, I'm not sure.

Best of luck with the transfer!
