Does anyone know any good companies that sell FT 3/4 notes? I've had a look on the Connect website and they haven't got any for FT. I'm a bit hesitant to go back to TSSM after a shotty experience at one of their lectures and the poor quality of notes I received.
I don't think TSFX has any notes for Food Tech either.

Pretty much no one has resources for Food Tech. Though I would recommend looking to see if HEV has any, as their practice exams are usually very thorough. Saying that though, I would strongly encourage you to not purchase commercial notes and to make your own. If you want something to compare your own notes to, then you can always swap with someone in your class :)
