Hi all,

I'm not sure if this is the right place to post this but has anyone had experience with interviewing as a Student Library Assistant at UoM that they'll be willing to share?

I interviewed (unsuccessfully) for the position a year ago. I can't remember much about it (the questions were pretty standard) but they did ask about what I thought customer service was, and my experience with dealing with people of multicultural backgrounds, etc.
