Hey guys!
Just wondering if there is anyone doing FT3/4 this year and where you're at in terms of content and the SAT. Also wondering what recommendations people had for pushing through the rather dry material (not all of it is dry, some is interesting!)

Hey!
We are up to Chapter 11 in the Food Solutions textbook and everything up to the production plans are done for our SAT.
I find that drawing diagrams of each concept (particularly in terms of cooking methods and convection etc.) makes it a bit more fun :)
