Title: Maths methods study score

I'm currently doing 1/2 methods and want to continue with it next year and I was just wondering how achievable is a raw study score of 35??

It primarily depends on how hard you're willing to work. I'd say that, regardless of where you are right now (providing you know Year 7-8 maths or equivalent, so familiar with basic operations and know basic algebra), if you worked hard enough you can get a 35 :)
