Which chapters should I focus on in the year 11 methods course in order to learn calculus?
Thank you.

Not sure which book you're using, nor do I own it. Your book probably has a chapter or set of chapters on differentiation (the 'down') and then one of integration (the 'up'); also limits are reasonably important to understand although you're not likely to see a lot of them outside first principles. I'd recommend running through them. If you need supplementary stuff or the textbook isn't a lot of help, posting around here or jumping on khan academy (although some of it won't be relevant to methods) and going through some of those videos should set you in the right direction. :)

I'm using Mathematical Methods VCE Units 1&2 Cambridge, I am considering doing the chapters : "Rates of Change", "Differentiation and anti differentiation of polynomials", Applications of differentiation and anti differentiation of polynomials", Further differentiation and anti differentiation" and "Integration" in that order to learn calculus.
Would you recommend this, I have already completed the entire Year 10 book for the Australian Curriculum and am familiar with polynomials and functions to a certain degree.
Thank you.
