How would I describe the graph of y=log2x in relation to the graph of y=2x?

They're inverse functions. The graph of the inverse of a function is essentially its reflection about the line y=x.

Yes they are inverse functions. This can be proved by considering one of the functions, say y=log2x.
To find inverse, we swap x and y. So we get:
x=log2y
and rearranging this equation gives us y=2x
