Does anyone here know a general, rough guide as to what ENTER you would need to get for UoM's Eco&Comm (Local) UG Merit Scholarship? All UoM says is it's "based on academic merit..."

You could achieve it.
You already have 4 high study scores and you have not even completed year 12 yet!!! Good work.
You basically have finished your VCE with an ENTER of about 97 so really a 99 should be a piece of cake and that 0.85 will mean a fair bit of work, but, if you can achieve a 46 in year 10, then, you should be able to match that. If those numbers don't get you a 99.95 then I have no idea what will.

I can confirm that. If we talked to the same lady, she also said that the lowest they're looking for is 99.85.

I really don't get Melbourne's deal with all these high ENTERs that they want students to get? I mean, one of my good friends obtained an ENTER in the 70s and he worked at Citi's Corporate and Investment Banking division. ENTER is probably the worst indicator to gauge your ability to learn advanced business concepts. Pathetic, really.
Why not put the ENTER down to 90 like Monash? You're most likely to find more well-rounded people anyway. Many leaders probably never obtained 95+. Weirdos.
